Katy Perry hosted this year's MTV EMAs and got through a huge number of outfit changes, not so sure about the schizo tux/cocktail dress look but i did love her red carpet outfit, which was blue with eyes on the chest. Her look is very 1950s glam, she described her style as a mix between Agyness Deyn and Dita Von Teese. Growing up Katy was in a rockabilly band, hence the amazing hair.
